Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Anmar Couture.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Kindly make sure your address information is full and detailed to avoid any shipment delays.

Shipping rates & Delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery of the products will be within 5-7 Business Days to our shipping destinations. There may be shipping delays during busy periods (E.g Ramadhan season, Eid, Sale periods), holidays, and unexpected circumstances.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please note that a signature will be required once receiving the package from the courier. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned packages.

We are not responsible if delays on shipment occurs due to weather problems, holidays, or carrier delays.

International shipping

Currently Anmar couture offers delivery to the following:
  • GCC ( Bahrain, KSA, UAE, Oman, Kuwait and Qatar); and
  • Tunisia, Morocco, Jordan, Egypt, India, Pakistan, United Kingdom, USA, and Canada.
International shipments outside our delivery areas are processed upon request. Do not hesitate to contact us to place your order for international shipments.
