Exchange & Refund Policy

Only full priced items are eligible for an exchange or refund. Sale items and/or altered items are not eligible for an exchange and/or refund.

Exchange

You can exchange full priced items in the original packaging within 10 days of delivery with receipt or proof of purchase. If 10 days or more have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you an exchange.

Customers are responsible of shipping fee of exchanged items. 

Refunds

You can refund full priced items as store credit or in the card used during purchase in the original packaging within 5 days of delivery with receipt or proof of purchase. If 5 days or more have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund.

Customers are responsible of shipping fee of return items unless defective.

You can return the defective items within 5 days of delivery. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at customercare@anmarcouture.com with details of the product and the defect.

Kindly contact us at customercare@anmarcouture.com to ask for a return or exchange. Exchange/Refund would not be accepted unless requested prior to shipping the item.
