Exchange & Refund Policy


Only full priced items are eligible for an exchange or refund. Sale items and/or altered items are not eligible for an exchange and/or refund.

Exchange

You can exchange full priced items in the original packaging within 15 days of delivery with receipt or proof of purchase. If 15 days or more have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Customers are responsible of shipping fee of exchanged items. Upon receipt of the exchanged item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a an exchange. If you are entitled to a exchange, a receipt will be sent with the replacement item details and link sent via email to pay the shipping fee.

Refunds

We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective.You can return the defective items within 15 days of delivery. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at customercare@anmarcouture.com with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
